DESCRIPTION

From Mark’s work, his rigour, his experience and determination, our natural wines are born. Low-intervention agriculture, using only Copper and Sulphur in the minimum necessary doses. No synthetic, systemic or anti-botrytic phytosanitary treatments. No chemicals in winemaking, with temperature-controlled fermentation. No filtration and no added sulphites.

l’uva è stata vendemmiata a mano nelle prime ore del 22 Settembre 2024

In the cellar

pigiata, diraspata e immediatamente pressata con un contatto sulle bucce di pochissimi minuti. Il mosto è fermentato ad una temperatura costante di I 0°C per circa 4 settimane. La stabilizzazione a freddo (5°C) ci ha consentito di non filtrare il vino. Imbottigliato a fine febbraio senza aggiunta di solfiti

Vibrant color, electric pink, with a sensational nose of fresh raspberries, on the palate an explosion of pomegranate seeds and the aroma of pink grapefruit. Juicy and crisp, sweet and tart, as with all of Mark wines, the freshness and acidity support the fullness that envelops the palate, making the drinking experience fascinating
