      A Mano Fiano

This is the most unusual wine you will try from Puglia, maybe even all of Italy. The slightly dried Fiano Minutolo gives the blend its white peach fragrance and floral component. It is a fresh, delightful aperitivo. The perfume is ‘Nordic’, the body is full, deeply satisfying with a fresh and pleasant acidity.
