      Mark Shannon’s Natural Susumaniello

      From Mark’s work, his rigor, experience, and determination, natural wines are born. Low-intervention agriculture, using only copper and sulfur in the minimum necessary doses. No synthetic, systemic, or anti-botrytis phytosanitary treatments. No chemicals during vinification, with temperature-controlled fermentation. No filtration and no added sulfites.

      Grape production area

      From our vineyard in Noci, at 420m above sea level. Biodynamically managed vineyard.

      Winemaking

      The grapes were harvested by hand in the early hours of September 22nd, 2024.

      Aging

      Crushed, destemmed and immediately pressed with just a few minutes of skin contact. The must was fermented at a constant temperature.

      Tasting notes

      Vibrant color, electric pink, with a sensational nose of fresh raspberries, on the palate an explosion of pomegranate seeds and pink grapefruit aroma.
