After over 45 harvests, of which nearly thirty in Puglia, Mark has honed this skill by walking tirelessly among the rows. Only by listening to the grapes, interpreting and embracing the unique characteristics of each varietal, Mark knows how to guide the grapes into wine. Without forcing, and above all, without shortcuts.
